Happy Holidays!
We are very excited to invite members to a Holiday Meeting and Coffee conducted through the Zoom video conferencing app! The meeting will be held December 15 at 10:00 a.m.. We hope it will be a great way for members to reconnect and have some fun! You will register on our event site below and as the General Meeting and Coffee date gets closer you will receive the Zoom link to join the meeting.
Sit back and relax at home with your beverage of choice while we have our meeting! You may use your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer to connect to the meeting. Our recommendation is to use your laptop or desktop computer as they offer better audio/visual transmission during video conferences, and the larger display will allow you to see more participants on one screen.
Our Board Chairs will update you on their area of Club responsibility. At the end, we will offer a Q&A session, followed by a fun holiday game. Please note: Each participant will be on "mute" until it is his/her turn to speak, so that we don't experience a "Tower of Babel" effect. During the Q&A session, just raise your hand if you wish to speak, and the moderator will "unmute" your speaker. We ask that you bear with us while we do our best to make this virtual meeting a fun event. We look forward to "seeing" you!
